1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the TablQR software-as-a-service platform (“Service”) operated by:

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Nature of the Service

TablQR is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for restaurants and hospitality businesses. The Service includes:

The Service is provided exclusively in electronic form.

No physical goods are sold. No shipping or delivery applies.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment.


3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business customers (B2B) only.
By subscribing, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business entity.


4. Subscription Plans

Standard Plan

For one restaurant location.

Business Plan

Includes multi-location analytics and API access.

All prices are in EUR.


5. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial may be provided.

If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, the selected plan will automatically convert into a paid subscription.


6. Payments

Payments are processed via WayForPay.

By entering payment details, you authorize recurring automatic charges according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

We do not store full payment card details.


7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date via your account or by contacting support@tablqr.com.


8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.


9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, branding, design, and code, remain the exclusive property of the Sole Proprietor.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription period.


10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”.

The provider shall not be liable for:
