1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Subscription Only)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the first subscription payment.
To request a refund, you must:
- Send a request to support@tablqr.com
- Provide account details and transaction information
- Submit the request within 14 calendar days of the first payment
Refunds are processed via the original payment method through WayForPay.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.
4. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- repeated refund requests
- misuse of the platform
- violation of Terms of Service
